Weaver and Henderson Motorsports Open '24 at TST
Cameron Weaver and Henderson Motorsports kicked off the 2024 campaign on Saturday night at Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Ala.) with a $15,000-to-win Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series season opener.
Forty-six Super Late Models took to the 3/8-mile oval and after qualifying 16th fastest in his group, Cameron started and finishing eighth in his heat race.
Weaver advanced three spots in his B-Main, which left him two spots short of transferring to the feature. Utilizing a provisional to start 26th in the feature, Cameron was ultimately credited with a 23rd-place finish.
